Bucknell University - Bucknell Community College Scholars Program

Franklin University - Through a unique educational alliance with GC, students have the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Science degree online from Franklin University in one of 12 majors. The CCA Program's online format provides the flexibility to attend class and complete coursework without leaving the community. Throughout the completion of a bachelor's degree, GC and Franklin will work together to provide all the resources needed to reach students' educational goals.

Garrett County Public Schools - Garrett College, in coordination with the Garrett County Public School (GCPS) System, has developed articulated credit agreements for qualifying high school courses. To be qualifed as an articulated course, the high school course must be taught by instructors that have the same qualifications as on-campus faculty members, and the course must be aligned with the on-campus course providing the same rigor, content, and learning outcome.  A list of currently articulated courses may be obtained from the Office of Instruction and Student Learning at Garrett College.

Johns Hopkins Carey Business School- The Johns Hopkins Carey Alliance Program for Excellence (CAPE) is designed to increase access and encourage greater academic success for students transferring from GC to Johns Hopkins. Upon successful completion of all CAPE requirements and initiation of transfer to Johns Hopkins, students will be guaranteed admission and scholarship eligibility. Students completing a degree at GC will begin the Johns Hopkins program in advanced standing. The following prerequisite courses MUST be included in transfer credits: Accounty I and II, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Business Law, and Introductory Statistics.

University of Maryland University College- GC graduates have the opportunity to transfer to UMUC with advanced standing in the following areas:  Arts and Sciences, Business and Information Technology, General Studies, and Juvenile Justice.

West Virginia University Reciprocity Agreement - GC graduates seeking to attain a baccalaureate degree from WVU will be eligible for in-state resident tuition and fee rates at either WVU's main campus in Morgantown or its Potomac State branch campus in Keyser, WV. This agreement is valid only if the student's intended program of study is not available through Frostburg State University.
