Ten Most

Description: |
Everyone
knows the importance of executing a Last Will and
Testament, yet many people have never written one

Code and maybe your assets will not be distributed

never know the guardian you have in mind for your
minor child. Find out how much of your assets the
State will take if you die without a Will. Who
are your legal heirs? Take charge of your estate
- Tell the Courts what you want done with your assets.
The class will focus on such issues as: What
is a Will and what does it do? What does it
take to draft a Will? How do I choose an executor
and what percentage of my assets do they take as
a commission? The Probate process and is it
necessary for my estate? There will be a question
