The Third Annual Antique, Craft & Flea Market at Garrett College is on the calendar of events for Friday, June 6, 1 – 8 p.m. and Saturday, June 7, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Plans are well underway and registrations are being accepted for the Market which will be set up in the Garrett College Community Aquatic and Recreation Complex (CARC) Gymnasium.

Members of the community and local organizations are invited to reserve vendor space and take part in this event. Registration fees will benefit the Garrett College Students in Need Group (SING). Non-profit organizations which would like to use this opportunity to raise funds for their organizations will be provided with a 10’ x 5’ space and one table at no cost. Fees would be assessed for additional spaces.

Ann Wellham, Dean of Marketing and Enrollment at GC and a member of SING, helps coordinate the Annual Antique, Gift and Flea Market. “Each year we have held the Market, participation has increased. That is why we have extended to a two-day event this year and are holding it in the CARC to accommodate more vendors and more shoppers. We are also expanding to include antique vendors this year to enable a wide mix of items available to the public,” she said.
