Counselors Conference Held at GC

The Western Maryland School Counselors Conference was held last week in Garrett County. Focusing on the theme of School Counseling: Making a Difference, guidance counselors from elementary, middle, and high schools in Garrett, Allegany, Carroll, Washington, and Frederick counties gathered for meetings at Will O’ the Wisp. The second day of the conference, participants visited Garrett College for lunch and a tour of the Community Aquatic & Recreation Complex. While in the CARC they were treated to an underwater robotics demonstration by the Garrett College Robotics Team.
