Spring Fling Stress Relief

To help diffuse tension prior to the start of final exams, Garrett College students had the chance to take part in a host of activities arranged by Sarah Schenk, Assistant Coordinator of Resident Life, for Spring Fling week. “Stress can really build for students as they prepare for their finals so we give them some outlets for that stress through group activities that they can enjoy when they take a break from studying,” Schenk said. Among the events were tie-dying T-shirts and challenging an obstacle course. In the photo above students are seen having some fun making colorful shirts. On the left side of the table from front to back are Sierra Griffith, Charday Green, and Luis Rios. Opposite them are Angela Waiya, and Megan Sines. In the photo below, resting in the tube entrance after completion of the obstacle course are Raydaun Page, left, and Forrest Pepe. With exams now completed, Garrett College students prepare for graduation this weekend.
