Farming survey being conducted by Garrett College

Garrett College Continuing Education & Workforce Development is currently conducting research on the challenges that local farmers are facing today. A brief survey, comprised of seven questions, has been distributed throughout the Garrett County community at various locations. The survey is also available online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/GCFarmSurvey or through Facebook by searching Garrett College Continuing Education and Workforce Development for a direct link to the survey.

Those who participate by completing the survey will be entered to win a $25 gift card to Tractor Supply Company. Members in the community who have direct ties to farming and/or agriculture in the region are encouraged to participate and share his or her insight, as results gained from those in the agricultural industry will provide the most accurate perspectives.

Research results will be used to gain a better understanding and provide insight as to how Garrett College may be able to best support local farms and agriculture in the region.
