GC's Kevin Dodge assists with Summer Reading Program at Ruth Enlow Library

Kevin Dodge, director of GC's Natural Resources and Wildlife Technology program, talks with a very bright and enthusiastic Miles Elmlinger during a recent “Libraries Rock . . . Nature Sounds!” Summer Reading Club session held at the Ruth Enlow Library in Oakland on July 10th and 11th.

Dodge invited the children to hoot, caw, and croak along as he demonstrated a variety of local nature sounds. The children also had the opportunity to examine and discuss the pelts and skulls of some common Garrett County mammals.
