Nicole Glotfelty, a senior at Southern Garrett High School, meets with Pramod Kapoor, GC's professor of business during the March 30th open house event.

Prospective students and parents learned all about the admissions and financial aid process, including GC's programs of study and seamless transfer agreements. Faculty and staff were on hand to answer any questions and provide additional information on programs, athletics, on-campus housing, and student activities.

One of the event highlights involved the demonstration of the 3D anatomage dissection table, housed in the College's Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) building.

"This event offers a perfect opportunity for prospective students interested to see what GC has to offer, ask questions, and meet many of the faculty and staff," stated Melissa Wass, GC's coordinator of admissions. "The open house is a great way to explore options and prepare students for enrolling in the upcoming summer and fall semesters."

Current students were also present to share and provide insight on their Garrett College experience.

A final Explore Garrett Open House session is scheduled for Saturday, April 27th from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The event will take place in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) building on the McHenry campus.

Pre-registration is encouraged by visiting www.garrettcollege.edu/explore-garrett, or by contacting the Garrett College Office of Admissions at 301-387-3044 or admissions@garrettcollege.edu.
