As of June 15th, Garrett College’s physical locations will resume flexible operations, which include appointment only hours or limited course instruction. Yough Glades Elementary students complete I Can Swim! program at GC

Dr. Damon's kindergarten class from Yough Glades Elementary School recently attended program classes for I Can Swim! at the Garrett College Community Aquatic and Recreation Complex (CARC).

The I Can Swim! program is a collaborative partnership among Garrett College, the Garrett College Community Aquatic & Recreation Complex, the Garrett County Board of Education, the Board of County Commissioners, and the Garrett College Foundation.

The program, which is free for all children, costs more than $125.00 per child for the week-long water safety sessions, and has grown to include opportunities for Garrett County sixth grade students, along with the fifth grade College & Me participants.
