Keynote speakers Adam and Peter will bring together businesses, human service agencies, and leaders of Garrett County to teach participants ways to connect the available tools and resources in our community to support employees, families, and other community members to help them gain self-sufficiency and to successfully reach their goals.

Participants will learn about the current economic conditions with a labor market focus on regional data. Additionally, participants will hear from local business owner, Brenda McDonnell on the strategies that she has employed to assist her staff in reaching their goals and what success looks like for her companies.
