The Gratitude Project

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the students, faculty, and staff of Garrett College were asked to take a moment to share their appreciation and gratitude by completing the sentence "I am thankful for..."

By expressing gratitude and acknowledging how others have worked in our lives, we are filled with the joy of appreciation. Express gratitude and live life with an attitude of gratitude – life simply becomes better.

Acknowledgment: The Gratitude Project at Garrett College is based on a poster campaign at Highpoint University in North Carolina that was created & organized by a student to spread the spirit of Thanksgiving across campus. Thank you for reminding us to make gratitude a habit.
