FirstEnergy makes gift to I Can Swim! program
In honor of October being proclaimed I Can Swim! month in Garrett County, FirstEnergy recently presented a gift to support the program. The I Can Swim! program provides all Garrett County kindergarteners with free water safety instruction and swim lessons.
